Ok it has finally happened for those that went to the wrong meeting place.
As of the next meeting, we will be meeting at Buffalo's at 528 Haywood Rd.
We will meet on the11th of July, 3:00pm. so hope to see you there. Now, we are all
adults, so try to keep the meeting under control so we will give the
management a good idea of our kind of people. Also when the meeting
starts if you show up early to eat we need to have all alcohol off of the tables.

Our next ride will be this Sat.the 12th meet at Krystals at 7pm for a night ride.

We would like to welcome Paul Dauphinee and his son, Tyler to our little family.

We are in the proccess of getting a new supplier for our club shirts. If you
know of someplace that is local let us know.

Here is the schedule for Anderson.

The following people need to be there Friday by noon, so we can get the
infield setup.

Tracy, Daniel, Grant, Tesa, Brad, Vince.

If we get extra people we will use them where needed so don't get upset.

Tech following will need to be there Friday no later than 2:pm.

Tripp, Becky, Mellissa, Tim Davis, Bob J. Chalet, Joe Murphee, Bob M. Doris. Ryan

We will give you the rest of the times Friday, for they might change.
If I didn't get your name or I forgot it, we will put you where we can.
For those that didn't get the infield this year we will get you next year so
we all can get a fill of it .We should have enough people working to get
a couple of breaks in between events, so if you get a break, use it wisely.

For those that are working the infield I will have two 10 gal. water coolers plus
a couple of drink coolers. I think the club will buy water and ice, Don't remember
If we voted or not but I hope we did. Try to bring quick food so you can eat
on the run. Also if someone wants too bring a grill for the pit area, we will set it
up behind the reg. trailer so if we have time someone can cook burgers or hotdogs.

I hope to see eveyone out there to help us have a good show and
to empress the staff to ask us back
