August, 2003 Newsletter.

The meeting for September will be on the 7th. We will meet at
Steak-n-Shake at 499 Congaree Rd. Greenville, SC 29607.
Meeting begins at 3:00 pm.

We will not have a formal ride this month due to the painting at the camp.
Make plans to paint the Morris Building at Rocky Bottom the 23rd of August. Hopefully
the weather will hold out for us so we can finally get the job done. We will meet at the
camp at 9:30 or if you do not know where the camp is, meet at the Holly Springs Store
at the corner or Hwys 11 and 178. We will start painting at 10:00am. Bring any and all
useful painting stuff, ladders, brushes, rollers and even an airless sprayers will be greatly
appreciated. Also if anyone has any drop clothes, masking tape, rags, trays, paint
buckets…mineral spirits for cleanup… Bring food and drinks for a long day. If you
have any friends that can help bring them along. Tracy will need to get a count of how
many people are going to help, so please let him know ASAP. If we can get enough
people we will try to cook burgers or hotdogs for the those that help, or just do it for
the heck of it.

Let Tracy close know if you can attend the painting party no later than the 16th

We are also looking into spending the night up at the camp after we paint.
I will let you know what they have available to rent when I get intouch with them.
